Ossama Dower

Ossama is a visual artist, graphic designer and interior designer from Syria, living in Maasbree. He has been in the Netherlands for two years and creates his artworks at the asylum reception centre where he lives and ‘works’. His paintings use highly expressive colour. He describes his art as follows:

Art… a refined human revelation, like the splendour of trees. A painting is life, the language of the soul.

The artist is the one who gives it radiance and light!

In his home country of Syria, Ossama worked as a painter and interior architect.
